Responsibilities
- •Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
- •Build secure, nurturing relationships with each child
- •Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- •Communicate regularly with families about their child's progress
- •Document developmental milestones and observations
- •Maintain required teacher-to-child ratios at all times
Qualifications
- •EC certification or actively working toward it
- •CPR, First Aid, AED, and Safe Sleep certified (or willing to obtain)
- •Clean background check required
- •Experience working with infants and/or toddlers preferred
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pre-K & Kindergarten Lead Teacher

- •Greet children and families warmly at drop-off
- •Support lead teachers with morning routines and activities
- •Supervise children during transitions, meals, and play
- •Help maintain a clean and organized classroom
- •Follow all safety and ratio guidelines

- •Support lead teachers during afternoon activities and rest time
- •Supervise children during transitions, outdoor play, and dismissal
- •Assist with snack and end-of-day routines
- •Maintain a calm, safe environment for all children
- •Communicate with families at pick-up as needed
Qualifications

Floater

Responsibilities
- •Provide support across multiple classrooms as needed
- •Assist with supervision, activities, and transitions
- •Help maintain ratios when teachers are on break
- •Adapt quickly to the needs of different age groups
- •Follow all classroom routines and safety procedures
